The Gender Committee of Action for Rural Advancement (ARA) is committed to advancing gender equality, social inclusion, and women’s empowerment across all organizational policies, programs, and development initiatives. The committee works to ensure that individuals of all genders have equal access to opportunities, resources, services, and participation in decision-making processes, while addressing the social, cultural, and institutional barriers that contribute to inequality and exclusion.
