Response, Engagement and Networking for Excluded Women

As a result, excluded women have gained increased visibility, solidarity, and empowerment within their communities. They now enjoy improved access to essential services, justice, and livelihood opportunities. The project has strengthened their collective voice and positioned them as active agents of change, contributing to a more inclusive, equitable, and just society.

The project focuses on addressing harmful social norms and strengthening protection mechanisms for excluded and vulnerable women. Through community mobilization against violence against women and girls (VAWG), the initiative has created platforms where women can safely raise their voices, share their experiences, and actively participate in community dialogue and decision-making processes.

Regular coordination meetings with district and upazila administrations, legal aid committees, and local government institutions have significantly improved women’s access to justice, legal support, and essential public services. These collaborative efforts have strengthened institutional responsiveness and ensured better protection and service delivery for marginalized women.

In addition, women have benefited from Income Generating Activity (IGA) workshops and linkage meetings that connect them with livelihood opportunities. These initiatives have contributed to strengthening their economic independence and enhancing their ability to support their families.
