Youth & Skills: Building the Leaders of Tomorrow

Action for Rural Advancement (ARA) is committed to empowering youth through skills development, technical education, entrepreneurship, and leadership training. With support from development partners, ARA provides vocational training in driving, mechanics, IT, digital skills, electrical work, plumbing, and modern agriculture. To date, more than 1,700 young people have been trained, with many successfully engaged in employment and income-generating activities. Through these initiatives, ARA is building a skilled, self-reliant, and future-ready generation capable of driving sustainable development.

One of the core objectives of Action for Rural Advancement (ARA) is to transform the country’s large youth population into a skilled, capable, and self-reliant workforce.
We believe that when young people are provided with proper technical education, modern skills, and leadership training, they can play a vital role in poverty reduction, employment creation, and sustainable development.
